In our basic barista seminar, a small group of no more than eight espresso enthusiasts will discover the path to the perfect espresso. Since the classic espresso forms the foundation for most drinks served in coffee shops, mastering the art of espresso preparation is essential.
We will show you how to use professional equipment and high-quality coffee beans to extract a velvety, oily espresso with delicate notes of nut and cocoa.
You are welcome to watch closely as we work. Feel free to ask any questions, observe various espresso extraction methods, and—of course—taste the results. You will learn exactly what an espresso should look like and, most importantly, how it should taste.
